PhotoBall’s Milestones

Our team has been creating custom sports balls since 1999, working with a variety of organizations from the NBA and the NFL to little league teams and local travel teams! Our customers love to capture their memories with our products (as featured by Oprah on “The Oprah Magazine”), including custom footballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, basketballs, lacrosse balls, tennis balls, and even holiday ornaments!

The PhotoBall Scout program is a fun way for students and sports fans of all ages to generate income at their own pace! It’s simple — Scouts, who are PhotoBall sales representatives, take orders for customized sports balls from a variety of clients, such as schools, sports camps, travel teams, wedding organizers, and many more. You earn money on every sale, and PhotoBall takes care of everything else!

What scouts do

What qualifications do I need to join?

While you must be 16 years-old or older and enrolled in a high school or college, there is zero experience needed to join! We have organized a personalized training “playbook” for each Scout and provide a mentor to ensure that you are coached to success.

Who will my customers be?

Your customers can include everyone from sports camps and travel teams to weddings and bar/bat mitzvah parties — the sky is the limit! We’ve found that every sports fanatic loves a PhotoBall as a present for their volleyball team’s MVP, wedding’s groomsmen, or team’s #1 soccer mom!

How will I be paid?

Start earning immediately! For every PhotoBall your customers buys, you receive commission — starting at 30% — which increases as you make more and more sales!

Do I need to pay to join?

Nope! It’s totally free to join and become a PhotoBall Scout. Once you join our Scouts team, we will send you an email with more details.

What are my responsibilities?

You handle the sales, we handle the rest! Do what you do best — connecting members of your community with PhotoBalls that they will treasure forever! Scouts start with an initial list of personalized contacts that we help you make. Our training gives you template emails and calls that you can send to your customers within minutes. Once you make the sale, we’ll print, pack, and ship the balls to your customers' doorsteps within days!

What will my schedule look like?

Flexibility is key! You can work as little or as much time as you want, which makes the Scout program super compatible with your school and college schedule. Put in as much time as you wish — you will receive pay on how many balls you sell, not how many hours you work!

How do I place my order?

Your customers will be ordering through your very own personal store!

Where can I see my products?

We provide all our Scouts with a Design Lookbook as well as a training manual called the "Scout Playbook" which includes all our products!

Is PhotoBall eco-friendly?

We offset 100% of our shipments through our partner, Carbonfund.org where donations are invested in certified projects like deforestation, wind and renewable energy. PhotoBall is B Corp pending!

How does PhotoBall better our world?

Good is always in demand. PhotoBall consistently donates our sport ball overruns or those with the slightest imperfection to underserved and/or disaster-stricken communities.

What will my commission be?

You will start at 30% commission, which quickly increases as you make more sales!

Can I sell internationally?

Yes! For domestic orders, we offer free shipping. International shipping fees apply for international orders.
